Utah State 4A-5A Jr. High & Middle-School Wrestling Championships 2009
January 30th and 31st

5th-7th grade for Middle School division (no 4th graders at all)
5th-9th grade for Jr. High division
Attention 9th graders if you have wrestled a high school match at all-even JV, then you are not eligible to wrestle in this tournament
If you wrestle for a team who feeds into a high school that is in the 4A or 5A division you belong in this tournament.
Otherwise, you should wrestle in the 1A-3A tournament.

*If heavyweights cannot make weight they will be given exhibition matches but will not earn team points or medals.

$16.00 entry fee

Registration closes at 3:00 PM, Thursday, Jan. 29th.

Practice Schedule
Practice this week Jan. 21 & 22. I can be at practice Wed. from 5-8. Coach Rick Turner will be coaching Open Wrestling Thursday from 3:30-5.

Roger will handle the conditioning at CJH from 3-4:30 Wed and Thurs.

PIZZA PARTY: 5:30 TUESDAY FEB. 3RD AT VHS CAFETERIA FOR ALL NORTHSIDERS AND COACHES.
